Pepper Chilis - Jalapeno - Ground

The jalapeno is by far the most commonly used pepper in North America. Virtually every restaurant that serves Mexican, Southwestern, or Tex-Mex Style dishes includes jalapeno. This powdered version is good for sauces, dips, jellies, or salsas.
